I am thinking of going
laser to rejuvenate my skin. Is this a painful procedure?

There are also some lasers with come with a cooling tip. If the laser does not hurt, it means it will do jack shit for you. The superficial mild lasers which do not hurt are worthless and are used to scam patients for thousands of dollars.
