have been on zypyrexa for 6 months and want to stop it. Is there any harm?
In
general if you stop an antipsychotic your symptoms will quickly return. In
addition, suddenly stopping zypyrexa will induce withdrawal symptoms like
anxiety, diarrhea, headache and so on. To stop the drug you need to taper it
down slow. Speak to your doctor first. It is not a bad drug for many mental
health disorders.
