Zinc for hair loss

I am a male and losing my hair. Can I use zinc?

You can use anything you want, but there is nothing that is going to bring back your hair. For the past 100 years, researchers have been trying to develop a drug that can grow hair- so far- they have come up empty. I doubt anything will be found in my lifetime. Some manufacturers claim that zinc can help grow hair- this is BS. Zinc has been used for many decades and so far no one has grown any hair-except a few strands around the arse. Get real, there is nothing for hair loss except many scams. Try wearing a hat, wig or take some Prozac. If you have money to spend, get a hair transplant- it will cost you several thousand dollars and again it is not permanent.
