The best cosmetic procedure!

I would like to look young and have saved up just enough money for a cosmetic procedure. What do you recommend?

 

When done right, cosmetic surgery can make you look young, gorgeous, sexy and stunning. When done bad-it sucks. Anyway, the procedure that I would recommend is a nose job. The reason is that a nose job can make your face look pretty, young and enhance your confidence. A boob job can do the same but does not last long and often people tend to think of you as a sex object only. More important, nose jobs usually last the longest. 

There is no other cosmetic surgery procedure that lasts as long as a nose job. If you have the money and want to boost your confidence, look sophisticated, smart, erotic- go for a nose job. 

This is just my personal opinion. 

If you already have a perfect nose, go see a decent and honest plastic surgeon and let him/her decide how you can look younger. However, remember these surgeons will recommend several procedures. In the end the name of the game in cosmetic surgery is to scam gullible and desperate patients who just want to look good.
